Bower Grove is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented, and passionate Classroom Teacher, to start from 1st September 2025 to join our teaching team.
We are looking for a caring and creative teacher who is an excellent classroom practitioner to teach all core subjects to pupils who are Secondary aged but are learning within primary curriculum levels. The role is for a teacher who is able to work with pupils on an alternative lifestyle pathway and who has the knowledge and ability to deliver accreditations for life skills.
You must be resourceful, flexible, positive and motivated with a good sense of humour and need to share our belief that all pupils can achieve and be successful.  You need to have the ability to organise, inspire and motivate young people with special educational needs and social, emotional and mental health needs.
This post would suit an experienced Teacher with good prospects for career development, as well as applicants who are Primary or Secondary education trained and qualified.

Bower Grove is a modern, well-equipped school providing a highly personalised and structured curriculum. We have 12 pupils in a class with three learning support assistants.   • Have empathy and understanding towards young people.
