We are looking to appoint an outstanding Business Manager to our Junior school, who on behalf of the Head Teacher will be responsible for the strategy and operations of the business functions of our school.  This will include financial management, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration.

The successful applicant will have a range of experience and skills including, (but not limited to), monitoring school budget, process and pay school bank accounts, invoicing and ensuring money is banked and clear records are kept.  As part of the role, you will manage the payroll for all staff with the payroll provider to produce monthly salaries, reports and meet payroll deadlines; as well as producing ESFA and DofE reporting to the academy planning calendar and handbook.  In terms of experience the ideal candidate will need to have a background in finance, possible line management and experience of working within a school office environment.
