We are pleased to share the exciting opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher position at Stone Lodge School.

The school opened in 2019 and has seen rapid growth and now has over 1000 students. We moved into a brand-new building in 2022. The school is heavily oversubscribed and serves the needs of its local communities, with a very local catchment area. Following a strong Ofsted inspection in October 2023, followed by a successful first set of GCSE and post 16 results.

The new Assistant Headteacher will be responsible for promoting a truly inclusive culture at Stone Lodge School in which all students are able to achieve excellence in terms of students’ behaviour, attitudes and wider personal development with SEND provision being of the highest quality. We believe in the importance of maintaining impeccable behaviour where teachers can teach and students can focus on learning, free from distractions. We explicitly teach behaviour and routines to maintain a culture of high expectations through a warm/strict approach.

Stone Lodge School is one of four schools which together form Endeavour MAT. Whilst the school first opened in September 2019 with just four forms in year 7. As of September 2024, we have over 900 students including a growing 6th Form and an eight -form entry year 7 cohort.
