A rare opportunity has arisen to be an integral part of the senior leadership team at our wonderful village primary school.

We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Leader who has a passion for ensuring that all children, no matter their background or educational need, have the opportunity to flourish. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of inclusive, whole-class teaching which promotes excellent progress for all.

This is a part-time role (3 days per week) that is not classroom based, however there is an expectation that the successful candidate will support with teaching cover as and when required.

Our school is on a journey to realising our Christian vision - ensuring that all children and staff grow, thrive and acheive together. To acheive this, we strive to be a forward thinking school and are currently developing our whole school teaching model to incorporate research-informed pedagogies. Our Inclusion Leader will play a crucial role in the next stage of our school development as we build towards excellent outcomes for all.

Our Inclusion Leader should have a recognised SENCO qualification, or be willing to undertake the necessary training within three years of taking up the post.

If you have a passion for SEN and inclusion and wish to take the next step in your leadership journey - we could be the school for you! Visits to the school are strongly encouraged before applying.
