An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our administration team at Goodwin Academy.  The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive service for the main reception area, assisting in the administration of Academy business by executing a range of clerical tasks.

Our receptionist will;

  • Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors
  • Undertake general office duties
  • Assist with administration of pupil admissions
  • Maintain information systems, databases and other associated records
  • Manage complaints and concerns raised by parents

Ideally, you will have experience of working in a school-based environment. You must have the ability to work professionally under pressure and to deadlines. Operating flexibly within the changing needs of the school is essential.

Training and support will be provided for the successful candidate.
