The Role:

As a Class Teacher at Downsview, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and motivate all students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Engage with parents and carers to support student learning and development.

Information about the school

Downsview Community Primary School is an open, inclusive and welcoming school set in a semi-rural location in Swanley. We are a one form entry school with classes from Reception to Year 6. We are fortunate to be set in extensive grounds with lots of opportunities for outdoor learning and recreation.

We aim to provide the pupils in our care with learning, experiences and memories that will last a lifetime. Pupil and staff well-being is an ever-present priority for us.
