Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to individual learner needs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies
  • Support students in achieving their Maths qualifications

About You

What We’re Looking For:

Are you passionate about teaching Maths and making a real impact? We're searching for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire and support learners on their journey to success.

  • The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • A genuine passion for teaching Maths—experience with ESOL learners is a bonus.

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.

    • Experience working with diverse learners, including those with different abilities and learning styles.

    • A commitment to professional growth and a flair for innovative teaching techniques.

    • Ideally, experience in teaching or workplace training—but don’t worry if you’re new to the classroom, as full training will be provided.

    We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, empathy towards learners, and strong classroom management skills. If you can teach across a range of study programs (Entry Level 1 to Level 3) and inspire students to reach their full potential, we’d love to hear from you
