We are looking for a pragmatic and motivated Behaviour Support Learning Mentor with strong interpersonal skills to join our supportive and collaborative team.  Working alongside staff, children and parents you will be an ambassador for the school demonstrating a commitment and passion to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education. 

As a Behaviour Support Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting children with challenging behaviours and helping them to overcome barriers to their learning.  You will work collaboratively to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth.

If you are engaging with excellent communication skills and have a passion for community education, this could be the role for you.  As a Behaviour Support Learning Mentor you will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team who all share the same vision of achieving more together. 

This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31/08/2026

The ideal Behaviour Support Learning Mentor will be someone who is:
