We are a large primary school with 630 pupils and over 100 staff. The school is warm, friendly and welcoming and the staff team works closely together to support all of our pupils.

We currently have an opportunity for a Full or Part Time Administrative Assistant to support within our busy school office. This role is temporary until the end of the academic year, however there may be an opportunity for this role to be made permanent from September. 

This role is term time, plus inset days (39 weeks per year) only. Start time of 8am, finshing at 4pm with a 30 minute lunch break (37.5 hours per week). However, we would consider being flexible on these timings for the right candidate. 

The successful candidate will be proactive, able to prioritise and have excellent IT skills. Multi tasking, the ability to keep calm under pressure and be a teamplayer are essential. Experience of working in a school office is preferable but not essential.

The role will perform specific clerical and administrative functions for the school under the direction of the School Business Manager.
