Fleetdown Primary Academy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Associate Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2025.

This role is for 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 3.30pm. The salary is Kent Range 3, full-time equivalent salary of £23,337, with an actual pro-rata salary of £17,332.97, based on 32.5 hours per week for 38 weeks per year, inclusive of a SEN tier payment.
