Hours: 32.5 per week (8.30am - 3.30pm)

Weeks: 38 (Term Time only)

Grade:  Medway NJC D2 point 4-11

Salary: £17,290- £20,020 actual pro-rated pay (£24,404 - £27,269 FTE)

We are seeking to appoint a full time enthusiastic, positive and dedicated Teaching Assistant, who is committed to our mission of providing an outstanding education, encompassing our values of ‘Enjoy, Achieve and Succeed', to give our young learners the best start in life.

As part of our team, you will be expected to teach classes across the different year groups in the school, to provide class cover, class support and pupil interventions.

  • Have the ability to motivate and inspire children throughout their learning journey;
  • Be able to use specialist skills/training/experience to support children’s needs;

  • Have strong literacy and numeracy skills.
