We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed and friendly person to join our Transition Team. This is a well-established, forward thinking team that forms part of the academy’s wider pastoral provision.

The successful candidate will join the team and assist the Student Transition Co-Ordinators with the administration of the EHCP meetings.

It is important the successful candidate has good communication skills, can effectively multi-task, is proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and ideally a working knowledge of SIMs.  You must be able to respect confidential information relating to staff, students and families.

You will be dealing with all manner of enquiries in person, via telephone or email and therefore it is essential you have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to remain calm, professional and patient, and above all to have a good sense of humour in order to facilitate efficient support and the functioning of the team.

This is a term time only post plus 5 Staff Development Days and 2 additional weeks in the holidays. The hours of work are 8.30 am – 3.30 pm with half hour lunch break.
