Lead Maths, Inspire Minds, Shape Futures

We are seeking an inspirational and proactive Director of Maths to lead a faculty and team of professionals in delivering high-quality educational provision. The Director of Maths will support and manage teachers within the faculty to raise and maintain the highest standards of progress, attainment, teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational leadership for the faculty, setting a clear vision and promoting a strong sense of identity and purpose
  • Line manage teachers, supporting their development through appraisals and training programmes
  • Manage faculty spending and resource allocation effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure an ambitious, broad, engaging, knowledge-rich, and carefully sequenced curriculum
  • Establish clear expectations and performance standards 
  • Lead an effective climate for learning across the faculty

The role is due to commence September 2025. This is a full time, permanent position.
