Offham Primary School are seeking a dynamic teaching assistant and  after school club assistant within our daily after school club, helping to care for and support a wide group children from across the school.

The hours for the role are 1.30pm - 6.30pm Monday to Thursday and 1.00pm to 5.30pm on a Friday.  This role will be from 1.30pm to 3.20pm on Teaching Assistant duties and from 3.20pm to 6.30pm in our after school club (Fridays from 1.00pm to 1.50pm TA and 1.50pm to 5.30pm in after school club)

This role is paid at a Kent range 3 - which will be paid pro rata.  

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic 1:2 / Class Teaching Assistant to come and join our hardworking team.

This will be on a temporary maternity cover contract.

 

 The ideal candidate will :-

  • Be able to work effectively as a positive team member
  • Be caring and compassionate
  • Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with pupils with SEN
  • Have knowledge or interest in SEND including speech and language and SEMH
  • Be organised and flexible
