EVENING CARETAKER - Required February

QEGS 4.1-4.5 £21,787 - £23,688  All year round - 32.5 hours per week 

Additionally, you are required to be on-call every second weekend and if the school needs to be opened it is paid on an overtime basis. There may also be overnight emergency call outs for alarm activations also paid on an overtime basis.

Queen Elizabeth’s is seeking to appoint an evening caretaker to join the busy site team. The role will include site security, checking on site users, supervising the cleaning team, as well as locking the school at the end of the evening.The job will involve balancing the need to secure the school, be the first point of contact with users of our facilities and clearing up afterwards and any other relevant issues that might occur. The successful candidate will also monitor and assist with the good upkeep and condition of the building and grounds.
