EXAMINATIONS ASSISTANT ADVERT - MARCH 2025

QEGS 4.1 - 4.5 £12.86 - £13.98 per hour approximately £10,645 - £11,574 per annum depending on experience and actual hours worked (pro rata to £24,804 - £26,968)

Hours: approximately 720 hours per academic year, worked flexibly (which equates to around 18 hours per week based on 40 weeks (term-time + 2 weeks). The hours are to be worked flexibly across the year to reflect the seasonal demands of school exams, including availability on both A level and GCSE results days and daily attendance during the main public examination season which run from May through to the end of June, followed by the internal examination season which runs for a further two weeks.There are further internal examinations periods across the year.

We require an enthusiastic individual to join our Examinations Team. Applicants should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be hard working. The successful candidate will possess a calm head and be able to multitask. The key to the role is flexibility, as the hours change weekly depending on the requirements of the role.  The post holder will display energy and enthusiasm in the role and be a patient individual. Examinations support experience is desirable but not essential.
