River Mill is looking to recruit a highly motivated Premises Assistant to work 15 hours per week as a split shift, under the direction of the Site Manager.  To be paid on Kent KR4 £23,338 - £23,921 FTE (£9,460 actual)

You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the site (including building and grounds) to provide a safe and secure environment for the education and wellbeing of pupils, staff and visitors.

This includes security, cleanliness, porterage, supervising lettings, routine maintenance and refurbishment, minor repairs, advising the Site Manager on suggested improvements to the general school environment, and alongside the Site Manager carrying out pre-planned maintenance programs.
