We are seeking to appoint a school admin officer with responsibility for attendance.  

St Mary's is a successful and happy school, combining a caring Catholic ethos with enthusiastic learners. 

You will work in a warm, friendly and caring environment, and play an essential role in ensuring the fullest possible school attendance for our children following the guidance set out in the “Working together to Improve School Attendance” document. Aug 2024

The successful candidate will:

Have strong IT skills, a knowledge of SIMS would be desirable

Have previous admin experience working in an office/school environment

  • Respect and support our Christian ethos
  • Be a good communicator with our parents and school community as well as outside agencies.
  • Have high expectations of both self and others;
  • Be hard working, diligent and presentable as the public face of the school
