We are looking to appoint a one to one foundation stage teaching assistant who has experience of working with Early Years children (can be SEN, school, pre school and/or nursery experience) with specific learning needs including communication and interaction.

The successful applicant will have a good standard of education (equivalent to GCSE grade 'C' in at least English and maths) and have a clear understanding of strategies to support and challenge pupils with moderate learning, personal and social difficulties. 

You will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • A passion for improving the life chances of children who can find education a challenge
  • Experience of working in an Early Years setting as well as providing one to one support to children with a range of special educational needs
  • A caring, patient and understanding approach
  • You to be nurturing and resilient, having the best interests of the child at heart
