We are seeking to appoint a Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Administration Officer / Managing Medical Needs Lead

The successful candidate will be required to provide administration support for the SEND department, working alongside the SENDCO. They will also have responsibility as our Managing Medical Needs Lead.  It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a busy team.

If successful, you will be joining our fabulous support staff team who are fully committed to supporting all our students, helping them reach their true and full potential.

The post is 37 hours per week, and you will be required to work 39 weeks per year (currently term time plus 37 hours during the Summer holidays).

The salary will be paid at KR6 starting at £21,804 p.a. pro rata (FTE £25,127 to £26,383)

Information about the school

Simon Langton Girls’ Grammar School is a highly respected selective Voluntary Controlled Girls’ Grammar School that places students’ academic success on a par with their wellbeing, creating a unique learning community where every individual matters. Students attending the school are aged between 11-18 years and the school has a student roll of about 1,300 students (with approx. 400 pupils in our mixed Sixth Form).
