Due to expanding the team, we are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work within the school’s Inclusion Team during term time. This role can be full-time or part-time and we would welcome an informal conversation to discuss this.

You will be a team player with experience of working as a LSA/TA within upper Key Stage 2 or as a LSA/TA in a secondary school. The role is diverse and requires a flexible approach to support the students and promote their welfare. You will be required to support students with identified needs within classes, small groups and individual study.

Contract type:   Permanent, term time only plus inset days (39 weeks per year).

Hours:                  Full time (37 hours per week) or part time (minimum 25 hours a week)

Salary:                  Kent Range 5
