If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Breakfast & After-School Club Supervisor at Bridge & Patrixbourne CEP School.

At Bridge School, we believe that the learning journey extends beyond the classroom. Our Breakfast & After-School Club provides a vital service to our students and their families, ensuring a seamless transition between school and home. As Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experiences of our students during these important hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of dedicated club staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for all children attending the club.
  • Plan and organize a variety of engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Manage the daily operations of the club, including registration, attendance, and communication with parents and school staff.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Support and collaborate with school leadership to align the club's activities with the school's values and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for childcare and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

The working hours would be 3pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
