Newington Community Primary School are looking for a new site manager to lead our site team and oversee our school premises. The right candidate will be hard working, friendly, organised and have a good understanding of the importance of the school site for effective teaching and learning. Key aspects of the role include overseeing site security, completing health and safety checks, working with leaders on compliance and ensuring that maintenance jobs are prioritised effectively for the safe and efficient running of our school. 

We have a large school site, built in the late 1940s. We are well resourced and work as part of a wider group of schools to ensure that our school runs as efficiently as possible. Due to the size of the school grounds, prior experience of school site work would be desirable. However, full training would be provided for the right candidate.
