Do you have the passion, commitment, and vision to teach in key stage 1?

Are you an enthusiastic, passionate and inspirational teacher?

Could your classroom be a creative, exciting, and organised environment that inspires learners to reach their full potential?

If your answers are yes, this job could be for you!

We are looking to appoint teachers to join our highly successful teaching teams. You will need to demonstrate that you are fun, flexible, and energetic and that you are able to deliver high quality teaching in the core and the wider curriculum. We would expect you to have excellent interpersonal skills and it is essential that you are a team player, are fun to be with and inspire both children and adults alike.  You will have an absolute commitment to growing as a professional; learning with and from others is a high priority and there are plenty of opportunities to do this both in the school and within our collaborations. We have many visitors to our school, including a recent OFSTED inspection in Term 5 and we are always proud to share our excellent practice.

This post is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECT’s.  Knowledge of or willingness to train in ‘Little Wandle’ is essential.

The post is initially a fixed-term, 1 year contract.

Candidates will need to have available records of their teaching observations in the past two years and be prepared to be observed teaching.

Short-listed candidates will be subject to an online and social media search.

We highly recommend a visit of our school. Please call Miss Lynsey Rumbles on 01227 261430 or email hr@joylane.kent.sch.uk to book a tour.

We look forward to hearing from you!
