We are looking to appoint a Lead Practitioner - English for Easter 2024 and warmly welcome applications from experienced teachers who are passionate about English and are dedicated to enabling students to make excellent progress.

As the Lead Practitioner for English, you will work day to day within a large English team with a wide range of experience, as well as working closely with other colleagues within the Academy and across the Trust to develop the wider foundations and applications of teaching and learning practice. Your focus will be on raising attainment in English by working with other teachers and leaders across the organisation. You will be expected to support colleagues to deliver their timetable to the very highest standards and be open-minded to step in and support when necessary. This is a unique, exciting opportunity for career development towards headship.
