Required for a September start

 

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding classroom practitioner who will work across several committed and inspiring departments to support teaching staff and raise achievement further.

 

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be a consistently good or outstanding teacher
  • Be enthusiastic and be able to demonstrate innovative and creative teaching practices
  • Have high aspirations for all students is passionate about learning and can contribute new and creative ideas to subject areas
  • Lead improvements in progress and the quality of teaching
  • Have a proven track record of achievement
  • Be eager to inspire and motivate students to exceed expectations

 

The post will involve:

  • Leadership of the Departments
  • Responsibility for overseeing of the production of KS3 and KS4 assessments and the monitoring of progress within the KS3 groups
  • Appraisal and line management responsibilities for staff
