Leigh Academy Rainham has a fantastic opportunity to appoint a College Administrator, joining us from September 2024.

Our successful candidate will be pivotal to the smooth running of the small college, providing highly effective support to the School Office and the Senior Leadership Team. The College Administrator will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues, the Local Authority and the wider Trust both confidentially and collaboratively.

The successful candidate will be professional, personable and committed to providing an excellent service and above all else will have a positive work ethic and can-do attitude. Our new team member will also have a passion to work within the education sector; previous experience in a school environment is advantageous.

If you're as excited by this opportunity as we are, we'd love to hear from you!

Essential skills:

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative
  • Computer literacy in usual office and Google applications
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Committed and enthusiastic
  • Excellent attendance and time-keeping record.

This is a permanent opportunity, working 37 hours per week, term time + 1 week of inset and offers and actual salary of £18,984 - £21,321 per annum (£22,072 - £24,789 full-time equivalent).
