Riverhead Infants' School is looking for reliable and engaging assistants to work in our popular After-School Club. We are extremely fortunate to have a large cohort of children within our provision who love exploring our grounds and engaging in play.

The Club runs Monday to Friday term-time only. Working hours are 15:00 to 18:00 and we are looking for staff for Monday - Thursday. We are happy to accept applications from those who may only want a few days rather than all four.

You must be dependable, well-presented, have a great sense of fun and work well as a part of the existing team. You will need to undergo Safeguarding and possibly First Aid training, which we will provide. Above all, you will want to help us deliver caring and responsible after-school provision for our children.

The post will be paid on Kent Range 4 (£23,338 full time equivalent).

Actual pro-rata annual salary for 5 days would be £7,999

Information about the school

Riverhead is a three form intake infant school on the outskirts of the town of Sevenoaks. Our eco-friendly sedum-roofed building is set in beautiful grounds enabling our pupils to enjoy their learning both indoors and out. We have received numerous awards for our excellent practice including the School Award for Resilience and Wellbeing and Platinum Award for our OPAL. Our school is over-subscribed and well supported by parents and the local community.
