Teacher of MFL French/Spanish

Walderslade and Greenacre Schools Partnership

Hours: Full Time, Permanent

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join our team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching French/Spanish to students from Year 7 to Year 11.  We are also interested in candidates who can teach up to KS4.  If you are passionate about MFL and want to make a real difference to the lives of young people we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students at all levels of ability.
  • Assess and monitor the progress of students, providing feedback to students and parents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop scheme of work, resources and assessments.
  • The ability to excite and inspire our students in their learning.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related subject.
  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
  • Experience of teaching French and Spanish to GCSE (and preferably A-Level)
  • A track record of achieving good results for students.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
