  • Ability to manage challenges: Adept at handling the various behavioral, emotional, and academic challenges that children may present.
  • Welcome to vulnerable children: Compassionate towards and experienced in working with children who have limited experience of the English school system and are less confident in English communication.
  • Kindness and empathy: Possess a warm smile and a big heart, readily sharing them with children, parents, and staff. Be a listening ear for children, staff, and parents.
  • Resilience: Not fazed by small children's bodily functions and prepared to clean up when necessary.
  • Supportive role: Able to provide support to teachers and help create a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
