ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - Nursery and Out of School Club

25-30 HOURS PER WEEK, FULL YEAR, £12.63-£13.83/HOUR depending on experience.

(NOT TERM-TIME ONLY BUT DOES OFFER FLEXIBLE WORKING DURING THE HOLIDAYS)

We are looking to employ an Administration Officer in the Nursery/Out of School Club office to support the Nursery Manager, Business Manager, staff, parents, children and trustees.

You should be confident and experienced in dealing with and helping a wide spectrum of visitors, staff, governors, parents and children.  A pleasant and friendly manner, even under pressure, is essential.  You should be able to adapt to all things at any time from updating the website to producing finance reports and processing payroll whilst providing information for an enquiring parent. Experience of word processing, spreadsheets, databases and cloud based technology is essential together with an eye for detail and finance experience would make you the ideal candidate.  Experience using Xero Payroll or similar software would be preferable, however training will be provided.
