Sixth Form Pastoral Support required for September 2024 or earlier (to be negotiated)

Monday: 8.30am – 4.30pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8.30am – 3.30pm

Friday: 8.30am – 2.30pm

32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 2 summer results days in August

We are seeking to recruit to this position and are looking for someone who has the experience, expertise and knowledge to be a support role to our Sixth Form pupils under the guidance of our Director of Sixth Form.

In this role you will require:

Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate with various stakeholders
Experience working with pupils to encourage positive behaviour and ability to address issues with pupils directly
Ability to be flexible and adaptable

To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience of working in a school setting
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality within the school
Knowledge of SIMS
Ability to work under pressure and with high accuracy
Grade 4 (or equivalent) or above in English and Maths would be an advantage
