Salary:FMAT Band B Point 1 Pro-rata £3,846.87 p.a.

Hours:7.5 hours per week

Monday 8.15am – 4.45pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Term Time plus 1 training day (at the beginning of academic year – please note this day may not be a Monday)

Fulston Manor Academies Trust are looking for an exceptional candidate to join the busy Reception Team. You provide a warm welcome to our students, staff and visitors of the school, possess first class communication skills and carrying out a range of administrative duties.

The ideal applicant should have strong administrative skills and experience within a similar role. A team player who has a positive attitude and flexibility to meet challenges as they arise on a day to day basis is essential. You must have a high standard of general education, including English (written and spoken) and Maths at GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above/5 or above, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. They should be adaptable and flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team to complete tasks conscientiously and to a high standard.

The candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent practical knowledge of the Google Workspace with knowledge of management information system and behavioural systems being advantageous; however, full training will be given. Schools first aid is a requirement of this role but full training will be given
