We are looking to appoint an Admissions and Attendance Officer to join our fabulous and friendly office team.

This could be just the school-based job you've been looking for in a setting where you will be supported and nurtured.

Hours of work: 08.30 - 16:30 (16:00 on a Friday), five days a week, 38 weeks per year (term time only) and we are offering a competitive salary, Kent range 5 (£22,595 - £23,693, full time equivalent)

You will have great communication skills, be organised and have experience of admissions and attendance procedures, with a good understanding of the systems that support this. 

You will have the skills and knowledge to:

Work in an organised and methodical manner, maintaining accurate records

Convey information clearly and accurately orally and in writing to a range of people

Work effectively and supportively as a member of the school team

Use your own initiative to solve problems and respond proactively to unexpected situations

Deal calmly, tactfully and effectively with a range of people, demonstrating sensitivity and objectivity at all times.
