We are seeking to appoint a committed, full time Teaching Assistant to be part of our
dedicated team and support our wonderful children.
This is a term time only position (38 weeks + 5 INSET days), Monday to Friday, 8:30am –
3:15pm starting immediately (subject to all required checks).
Interviews will be held on 9th May 2024. 
The Role:
The successful candidate will be involved in supporting the whole class, undertaking small
group interventions (in and outside of the classroom) and may work 1:1 with some children.
The post will involve some lunchtime supervision (giving you the opportunity to engage with
all our inspirational children).
You:
The ideal candidate will have a good level of English and maths. Previous experience of
supporting/working with children would be advantageous but is not essential. We are
happy to consider candidates who are quick learners, can adapt to change and think on their
feet.
We are looking for that special someone who is passionate, caring, highly motivated and has
a good sense of humour (if you don’t mind getting stuck in and occasionally dressing up,
then you’re fit right in!).

Ulcombe Primary School is a unique, small voluntary controlled Church of England Primary School for 4-11 year olds, located in the heart of the Kent countryside in Maidstone, Kent. The excellent pupil to staff ratio enables much smaller than average class sizes which contributes to the very special ethos around our school. Classrooms are spacious and very well-resourced. Our grounds are extensive and equally well resourced.
