Looking for an opportunity to make a difference to our students?

We are seeking a Student Pastoral Officer to join the Student Services Team at our “state of the art” academy in Deal, promoting positive attitudes from students and families towards education, to ensure students benefit fully from the opportunities available to them.    

The Student Pastoral Officer will support students to help address any pastoral or behavioural needs of students who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning in order to achieve their full potential.  The successful candidate will work with students, parents, staff and other agencies to bring about improved behaviour and attendance at school.
