Grade 7 £26,291 - £30,249pa FTE Actual salary £23,019 - £26,485 pa

Hours 

37hrs per week, 39 weeks per year (term-time plus5 INSET days)

 

Wilmington Grammar School for Girls was founded in 1958, our school has been helping girls to secure outstanding academic results and providing a well-rounded experience for over half a century.  The school encourages a happy and harmonious community which respects the individual and celebrates the rich diversity of backgrounds and heritage of students and staff.

We are looking to appoint a Librarian to work within our library providing support to students.

As Librarian you will be responsible for the acquisition, organisation, dissemination, and effective use of resources appropriate to the learning needs of students.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • ·         Keen interest and passion for the education of young people and the ability to contribute more widely to the life and community of the school.
  • Act as a role model and set high expectations of conduct to ensure that good behaviour is maintained.
  • Ability to organise own time to ensure that resources are available when required.
