Phoenix Primary School it is time to look beyond.

Do not judge a book by its cover. Look beyond and you will discover the exciting opportunities Phoenix has to offer.

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and committed Phase Leader (EYFS/KS1) who will follow our vision to ’plan in the moment’ and immediately meet the needs of our youngest learners. The successful applicant will have a passion for working with all pupils and assisting them on their journey, which may have included all manner of setbacks in and outside of education. You will deliver outstanding learning opportunities within our provision, understanding that the adults within the environment are the key to developing prime skills.

A team that faces the next steps of each journey with resilience, kindness and compassion. A team that supports the children and their families through so much more than their educational journey.

All visits are warmly welcomed, step beyond, meet the team and the wonderful pupils that make us Phoenix!

In return we offer:
