We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, motivated person to join our small, friendly office team.  We are looking for an individual who is able to organise and provide administrative support for our Head Teacher as well as providing HR support for the School Business Manager.

You need to have a good knowledge of Word and Excel and should be able to prioritise your workload, work well under pressure and be a good team player with a sense of humour and a flexible approach.  Previous HR experience would be very beneficial.

The post is offered for 35 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time + 1 additional week)  Suggested hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm, however these timings can be changed for the right applicant.

Information about the school

Rowhill School is a day special school designated for pupils with Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. The school currently has approximately 160 pupils on roll, between the ages of 5 and 16. Pupils have a wide range of needs, including communication and interaction difficulties, as well as behavioural, social and mental health needs. We also provide an Alternative Curriculum Provision for KS4 pupils, providing tutoring, both on and off site.

The Dartford STLS teaching service also forms part of the schools structure.
