Are you a passionate educator seeking to make a significant impact in the lives of students with diverse needs? EKC Sheppey Secondary is searching for a highly motivated Inclusion Practitioner to join our dedicated SEND team. 

In this pivotal role, you will: 

  • Play a key role in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives designed to optimise academic achievement for SEND students across the curriculum. 
  • Collaborate with the SENCo to deliver evidence-based interventions that foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. 
  • Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and refinement of SEND programmes to ensure continuous improvement and maximum student outcomes. 

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following: 

  • A strong commitment to supporting SEND students and maximising their academic potential. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, staff, and families. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to a positive and results-oriented team culture. 
  • A flexible and adaptable approach with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
