We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Teacher of Chemistry who has a bold and creative vision, to provide innovative, high-quality leadership of Chemistry. You will work closely with our Director of Science and Second in Science to secure a consistent, high quality Science education experience for our learners.

The successful candidate will be able to teach Chemistry across all Key Stages.

In partnership with the Director of Science and other leaders, you will:

  • Develop a dynamic and inspiring Science provision
  • Lead and support a team of teachers and students to high levels of success
  • Consider the school’s ‘Pure potential’ belief and how this can be interpreted within Science, through high expectations and aspirations for the students
  • Develop pedagogical approaches to Chemistry across the team
