New Line Learning Academy are seeking to employ a dynamic and creative Teaching Assistant to support pupils with EHCPs within the classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting students within small groups and working on 1:1s with a pupil in lessons.
 
You will need to be:
 
Recent experience of working with children of relevant age.
Previous experience of working within a supported learning environment
Must be able to use own initiative, work independently in an orderly manner,
motivate and inspire others with a creative approach to problem solving.
