Hours: 32.5 hours per week Term time only (39 working weeks, plus 5.6 weeks of paid holiday)

Salary: £19,000 per annum, actual salary inclusive of holidays, equivalent to a full time salary of £22,152 pa

If you would like to be part of our journey to support students’ lives we are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team as part of our Ofsted rated outstanding provision. You will be working with our students who require support both during lessons and social periods.

The Learning Support Team supports students both at school and at offsite provision with their social, emotional and mental health requirements. The ideal candidate would have experience of working with school age children. An understanding of SEMH is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

West Heath School is an Independent SEN residential school with charity status. We provide a therapeutically informed learning environment for children aged 10-19 who have suffered some form of trauma and are unable to access main stream education.
