We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher who will deliver high quality learning experiences to all our pupils, inspiring them to achieve to the best of their ability.

As a Teacher at Aylesham Primary School you will:

  • Plan work to meet the needs of individuals and groups promoting progression, continuity and quality of learning.
  • Use a variety of teaching and learning styles and communicate clear learning objectives and expectations.
  • Fully support the vision, mission and values of the school and promote the highest levels of achievement within the class, liaising effectively with the whole school community.

To be a successful Teacher at Aylesham Primary School you will:

  • Be a qualified, or newly qualified teacher with previous teaching experience in an educational setting.
  • Have the ability to support the ethos, aims and commitment of the school to provide the best possible learning and social/emotional experience for pupils.
  • Have the ability to build and manage relationships constructively with a wide range of pupils, adults and professionals and the wider community. Aylesham Primary School is a two-form entry primary school in the heart of the Kent countryside, six miles south of Canterbury, serving Aylesham and the surrounding villages.
