We are looking for an inspiring individual to lead Drama at Tonbridge Grammar School. You may be an experienced middle leader or can demonstrate leadership potential. You should be a good Honours graduate.

Drama is a popular subject and you will be working with a successful team of subject enthusiasts.  The successful candidate will have a passion for learning and teaching Drama and understand its importance in the curriculum and how it supports the holistic development of our students.  You will have a proven track record ensuring excellent academic outcomes in the subject, the ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills and a commitment to raising standards of progress and attainment.
