CLERK TO GOVERNORS

We are seeking to appoint a professional, enthusiastic and dedicated individual, with a close attention to detail, to provide a full clerking service to the Governing Body, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation.

 

We are looking for someone who can…

  • Demonstrate their knowledge and ability to draft agendas, take notes and produce minutes of meetings.
  • Maintain accurate information and records on procedural and legislative matters.
  • Liaise confidently with school stakeholders and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrate a high level of computer literacy, especially word processing and data base software.
  • Provide a flexible approach to duties be able to prioritise and act on own initiative.
  • Work efficiently and accurately under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
  • Demonstrate an absolute commitment to confidentiality.
