Hours: 13:00 to 23:30 Mon-Thurs, plus every 3rd Friday 10:30 to 16:30. Average of 44 hours per week. Term time only (39 weeks)

If you would like to be part of our journey to support students’ lives, we are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join our team as part of our Ofsted rated outstanding provision.

As a member of the residential team, you will provide a high-quality needs-led service to children and young people. Adopting a child centred approach that fosters nurturing, self-awareness, personal growth and gives each child the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.

West Heath School is an Independent SEN residential school with charity status. We provide a therapeutically informed learning environment for children aged 10-19 who have suffered some form of trauma and are unable to access main stream education.
