🌟 Responsibilities:

As our Caretaker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our school premises. Your responsibilities will include:

βœ… Conducting routine inspections of the school grounds and facilities.

βœ… Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

βœ… Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in classrooms, corridors, and common areas.

βœ… Collaborating with school staff to address maintenance needs.

βœ… Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events and activities.

βœ… Liaising with and working alongside contractors.

βœ… Being a designated key holder, responding to alarm callouts if necessary.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

πŸ› οΈ Previous experience in a similar caretaker or facilities management role.

🧹 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

πŸ”§ Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.

Information about the school

We are a small, one form entry community church of England school made up of 180 kind, motivated and excited learners. Our vision is based on the parable of the mustard seed in that we aim for all children to grow, flourish and be responsible and reflective individuals.
