The Howard Academy Trust are looking to appoint an admin assistant to support the executive team.

The successful candidate will join our talented and progressive Central Operations team and will provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support.

Hybrid working, whereby employees can work from home two days per week (Wednesday and Friday) will be considered once competent in the role.

Flexible working between 8am - 4pm

4 or 5 days per week

12 or 15 hours per week

The hours for this role based on 12 hours per week, term time only. The salary for this role is NJC D2 points 4-11 (£23,114 -£25,979 FTE, £7,176-£8,066 actual salary).

The hours for this role based on 15 hours per week, during term time only. The salary range is NJC D2 points 4-11 (£23,114 -£25,979 FTE, £8,970 -£10,082 actual salary).

Information about the federation

The Howard Academy Trust started in Autumn 2015 and continues to grow.

We currently comprise of 3 secondary and 4 primary academies in Medway and Kent. We have future growth plans as a Multi Academy Trust with major projects taking place across the organisation. Our overarching aim and vision for our schools is “working together to create a community of successful learners”. In doing this, we will deliver an outstanding education for the children and young people who attend our academies.
