We are looking for a pragmatic and motivated ACE Tutor (Family Liaison/Learning Mentor) with strong interpersonal skills to join our supportive and collaborative team.  Working alongside staff, children and parents you will be an ambassador for the school demonstrating a commitment and passion to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education. 

Be Unique with TKAT ACE

A pastoral support programme which improves attendance and outcomes. The programme is based on a simple but compelling principle, “To ensure that every PP pupil and their families have regular one-to-one contact with their ACE Tutor, which builds relationships and overcomes barriers”.  TKAT ACE operates at scale and is sustainable. The programme has been implemented in all 45 TKAT schools, Primary, Secondary and Special, so that over 8000 pupil premium pupils now benefit from having a Family Liaison/Learning Mentor (ACE Tutor).
